1:1 PHOTOGRAPHY MENTORSHIPS
Michelle offers 1:1 Photography Mentorships for those who are actively pursuing a career in photography. This is a great opportunity to have an open
discussion and ask Michelle anything to learn what it takes to make it in the photography business.
1:1 Mentorship: $125* per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Booking: $75 USD is due at booking and is non-refundable
Include a portrait session in your 1:1 Mentorship to learn tips and techniques with either a maternity session or a child from age 6 months to 10 years old. This is a great
opportunity to build your portfolio and learn basic portrait techniques for building a strong portfolio for an additional $150.
EXCLUSIVELY NEWBORN MENTORSHIPS
Along with 1:1 Mentorships, Michelle also offers Exclusively Newborn Mentorships in her studio in Monroe, Washington {approximately 40 minutes from Seattle, WA}. During your Mentorship with Michelle,
you will learn everything from the basics of proper lighting {using a soft box and natural light}, composition, newborn soothing, to safely posing newborns as well as build your portfolio.
This is also a great opportunity to ask Michelle anything, from posing to business processes. Each attendee will also receive a copy of the Baby Safe | Newborn Posing Guide!
What You Will Need:
You must own a DSLR and understand your camera. We will be shooting in Manual mode, and it will be assumed that you have a basic understanding of aperture, shutter speed and ISO settings. However, Michelle will cover
cover camera settings and how to capture those beautiful soft images IN camera. A basic 50mm Lens is suggested (but not required) as this is the lens that Michelle uses primarily throughout her newborn sessions along
with her 100mm Macro lens {this is optional, but please bring it if you own this lens}
Tuition: $895*/per person {+tax} One Day Class
Attendees: Limited 1-2 photographers
Registration: $375 USD is due at booking and is non-refundable. Remaining balance is due 1-week prior to class. If you need to cancel for any reason once you have paid-in-full, your balance will be reimbursed to you.
Date: Mentorships are scheduled on a Saturday of which the specific date will be determined by Michelle & attendee{s}
